Welcome to petyone. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ to purchase from petyone. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

2. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We may refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.
Prices and availability may change without notice.

3. Shipping, Risk, Taxes
See our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provided.
You are responsible for any import VAT/duties/brokerage fees in your country.

4. Returns & Warranty
See our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy (14-day EU withdrawal; 12-month warranty; DOA free replacement).
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is customer’s responsibility.

5. Use of Products
Use products only as intended and per instructions. We’re not liable for damage arising from improper use.

All site content (text, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to Petyone and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, petyone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany (excluding the CISG).
EU consumers may use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in out-of-court dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but we will review each case.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply once posted on this page.
